I was scheduled to be in the DC area on business and noticed Ingrid was going to be in town. I have wanted to see her before, but never worked out when I was in Florida, so thought this might be my time. Placed a call to the agency, and a guy - very professional and to the point, was able to get me scheduled to see Ingrid.
