I had had to cancel a previous appt with Ingrid and when I saw she was coming back to Chicago, I emailed her and we set the appt. Communication via email was easy and when I arrived, I texted and she gave me the room number and her registered name so I could get past security. I was a little surprised that she didn’t come down to get me, but soon found out why….
