General Details

Ima was cute and behind the door as expected when I entered the room. This is an excellent agency and all their ladies are from South America. Some have a better command of the English language than others but it has never been a problem even though I do not speak Spanish - until Ima. Ima had almost no English and that coupled with my lack of Spanish resulted in an unexpected difficult appointment.
