Well I think I've discovered the cause of this DC heat wave, and funny as it sounds I believe the cause is a lady named of all things Ice....
Contact was pretty easy, she is very bright, cordial & cheerful on the phone. Once validated she gave me a land mark to shoot for, instructed me to call when I was close to landmark 1 and pick up a bud. Called when I was at position one and she then gave me landmark 2. It's kind of like a treasure hunt only you are assured there be gold at the end of this little trip. 3rd call landed me an address and final destination.
I caught her coming out of the shower, it was so HOT that Saturday after the drive over she had taken a 2nd shower and it was early in the morning.... She was very fresh clean, & damn that skin was oh so squeezable soft...
I brought a six pack, popped a couple tops, said cheers & oh the fun began..
My only caution is she could become VERY addicting...
