Holly was easy to set up an appointment with over email. Asked for some basic verification and was done in minutes. I reached out a few weeks before heading to vegas and that was fine, we picked a time right before I got out there. Set up a 2 hour afternoon special meeting, where she offers a discount, met her down in the lobby and went up to my room and the fun started :)
