Had gone back and forth with Helen for a very very long time (my scheduling issues - not her) until we finally landed on an early morning visit. Nice hotel and setup - called and got room number - headed up and was finally greeted by Helen in person....invited me in and has some nice conversation at first. Helen encouraged me to get comfortable....
