Review: Helen

General Details

I was in New York for a day, and had promised myself to visit one of the spas. Ivy Spa was most convenient, and it was easy to make an appointment (I reached out to them ahead of time). When I arrived, I was met by a beautiful receptionist, who guided me to a room, and soon Helen stepped in and introduced me to her. I had read quite a bit about her and the spa before arriving, and had developed some expectations. What I experienced was not quite what I expected, and while that definitely affected my visit, it by no means was a bad experience. I would definitely visit them again when I'm back in New York.
