I was scheduled for a two hour appointment with Heather. I had seen her before and I had very high expectations as she was one of my ATFs. She had to drive to the shore from her location through a storm. She wound up being over an hour late, which I think impacted her performance.When she came to the door she did not have that same youthful glow that she had during our last visit ... she looked tired.
