Saw Heather when she was visiting the DC area. Based on the previous reviews and her pictures, I was really eager to see her. Met at a nice hotel in the area. I only wanted a massage (not FS). Non-VIP: If looks are more important than the massage, run to see her. She's smoking hot. If you're looking for massage only and not FS, there are better options. But if there's more on the menu and that's your thing...I'm sure she's phenomenal.
