Chris was easy to work with setting up the appointment. Originally contacted by e-mail and then several voice conversations to line-up time with Heather. Two call system once the appointment was set. When I arrived at the hotel location I called Chris. He called back in 10 minutes to give me the room number and said to head up in 5 minutes. Heather was ready to roll when I arrived.
