First time with ECE and with Heather. Called in the AM for a same-day appt, Chris at ECE said she was off today. He called back 10 mins later & said Heather decided to work day hours. My first choice of time wasn't available, but 2nd choice was. Apparently the girl's in demand! Anyway I appreciated the quick callback on that. Easy verification with RS2K. Heather was about 15 mins late but apologized sincerely; I guess punctuality is her norm. Actually I saw her walk in as I was waiting outside the hotel. Recognizing her by photos, I got a quick first glimpse of what I was in for. 5 mins later, Chris called with the room number and said to wait 5 mins then go up.
