Heather was maybe late 10 minutes for our appointment but was very nice about it and didn't waste anytime when I arrived. I would say that she is super friendly and willing to make sure I wasn't nervous. She looked a little different then her pics on her site. She had a little extra weight, but is trying to take care of that.
