I was in Harrisburg, PA and saw Harley's ad. She's in Allentown, and afaik, only does outcalls. She also charges a travel fee to go more than about 30 miles from Allentown. I emailed her and asked her for a quote. It wasn't much (less than I expected) and well worth it. She looked interesting, so I went for it. All contact was by email. She picks it up on her home computer and by phone, and was always very quick to respond. Non VIPs: Don't miss this one
