General Details

I found out Harley was doing incall just recently in Tampa, and tried to set something up with her. She was my first provider some time back and I wanted a new encounter. We emailed back and forth and finally agreed on a time and date, and of course, the place of her choosing. Since we had met before, screening was easy no big deal. I had been wanting to see Harley again, but it seemed like every time she was doing incall in Tampa, I found out too late and already had something else set up. But like I have read from many other reviewers, the stars finally aligned and we were able to hook up.
