I made initial contact with Hallie through P411, and then opened up dialogue by email thereafter. She was very responsive, comprehensive, and friendly in email, and I felt very comfortable with the arrangement going into it. And I should have felt that way, because Hallie was awesome, and I recommend her to anyone reading.
