Scheduling with Gracy was a breeze with former YGND Angel who is now, in effect, the new Lake for the group JustCallAnAngel. While I always thought that Angel gave great massages I feel she also excels at being the scheduler. My texts and/or phone calls were answered very promptly which is certainly not always the case with various agencies.
Something else I appreciate about this new group is their cancellation policy. You can basically cancel by 8:00 AM on the day of the appointment which I feel is very generous. I actually scheduled twice with Gracy prior to this visit but had to cancel because of a skin condition. This was absolutely not an issue with Angel who was very gracious and simply said she hoped I would start feeling better.
As to whether or not I would repeat, how about same day and time next week which I set up within an hour after my first appointment! VIP’s read on.
