I contacted Ginger via e-mail about a week before to set up a rendezvous for Wednesday afternoon the following week. I actually had to cancel on Tuesday due to a sudden work issue but fortunately was able to reschedule our rendezvous for Friday. Use the typical 2 call system, first directions then second was the room number once I arrived at her hotel.
