General Details

Setting up an appointment with Gia is a breeze. Her assistants are really quick to screen and then confirm the time. Standard two call system. I was actually flying in that morning so was on a plane when they tried to reschedule. Called when I landed and we ended up confirming the standard time. Got the address and made my way there. Called upon arrival for the room number and in I went. Had to leave the car with the valet and then get cleared by the doorman but no hassle.
