Contacted Gemma through email. Sent references and was verified fairly quickly and had an appointment set up for a couple days away. Got thellocation information that day and the phone number as well. Called when I arrived and had to wait a min or two, but it was worth it! Gemma is a great girl... Smart, and extremely accommodating. I'll repeat whenever she's in town!
