I had been looking at Gemma's site for months. When she was touring in a city near me, I booked two hours. I quickly received a reply. In a matter of a couple of hours we had a time scheduled.

Communication was fast and helpful. The day before our meeting, she texted me the address of the hotel. That's a big help when going to another city, as I have time to find the route so I don't get lost.

The hotel was a nice upscale place in a good part of town. I arrived 45 minutes early, but waited until about five minutes before our start time to let her know I was there. Most providers I've seen run late, so I was pleasantly surprised to get a reply saying she was ready, and she gave me the room number.
