Roxie works for agencies and as an independent. Her initial indie fee is $300 but she runs specials all the time. She is not a small woman and could certainly lose some weight but I wouldn't change her as she is as much fun as I've ever had in this business. Definately not a clock watcher unless she has another appointment, she likes to chat things up before getting to the main event. But once it gets started...
