Her website: a1customerservice - says it all: TRUTH IN ADVERTISING... I've never given a 10 for service but Roxie as I've ever experienced (gotta leave open the possibility of better service 'once in a lifetime' -maybe from Roxie next time...) I feel a little guilty that I'm actually LOWERING her average by giving her a 9... How many providers can you say that about?
