General Details
Called Roxie on my way to Seattle while I was in the airport. She picked up and told me that an appoinment that evening would be no problem. We planned on 10:00pm and she ran late and called me twice to let me know that she was on her way and was going to be 30 minutes late. Very nice and very professional. She knockd on my door and she look great - but in street clothes and a full ski parka.
