Talked on the phone and she was very upbeat and sounded honest. She's new so we chatted about what she can do to play the game safe, and I recommended she join TER. Set a time for the next day via email. She called to let me know when she was on the way and all went smoothly. Good person going through tough times, and I recommend her.
