I had met Eve once before so I leapt at the opportunity to see her during her recent visit to NYC. She responded quickly to e-mails and we soon had agreed on an extended meeting - I wanted plenty of time to enjoy her company. She contacted me on the appointed day to confirm (as if I could forget!) and give me her midtown location.
