Screening was very easy with Estella. We set a date, then moved it to the next day. All correspondence was via email until the day of.
Communication was fine. The day of she had me wait by a sign. She came along with her dog, and we walked about 10 minutes to her place. She's still furnishing the apartment, but that was no problem. She looks like her pix, maybe slightly better.
