General Details

I made an appointment with Erica well in advance via e-mail. She is very courteous and prompt on her correspondence. In other words, if you have the apprropriate references, it goes very well! I was lucky enough to find Erica with some free time before our appointment so we had lunch at one of her favorite restaurants here in Chicago.
