I found Endza through TER searches of providers in her area. Her reviews were great and her website was interesting. I contacted her through a TER private message and then communicated through email. The screening was accomplished quickly, as I had several recent options. We then met at her incall location, which was very nice and discrete. Endza is awesome and I will repeat whenever possible.
