I'd seen another provider who worked with Emma when Emma so verification was no problem (this was when Emma still ran her own service). Contacted Emma by email and set up appointment. Usual two call system, except that when I got to the hotel Emma's call handler told me over the phone that the cleaning people were outside her room. I waited about a half hour, then it turned out that the cleaners had left their cart outside the room and had gone on break. She then gave me the room number, and I went in and found an attractive young woman, a bit more sturdy than her pictures suggest, but still very toned and athletic.
