Easy to contact - Emily returned the message I left on her phone. Asked for a reference and I provided. After she verified, we set up a time to meet but that got cancelled due to unplanned business. On a whim, I called Emily later in the evening and she was in the area and was available to see me. Arrived at my hotel room door looking fantastic in an little black dress.
