I was intrigued by Elle's pictures and her back story, so I wanted to meet her. She originally showed up on the discussion board with a new agency. There was a lot of chatter about the new agency, but then I noticed her pictures were also with RSG / Jill. There is no one more reliable than RSG, so I called and asked to meet Elle. Glad I did. Worth the TOFT as there were no reviews yet at that time.
