Review: Ella Ryder

General Details

This agency is very easy to work with. Although, this was the second time i was booking for more than an hour and the girl did not know (or remember - who knows whose fault it is.) Ella is very nice, although a bit distracted with some event that morning that I did not bother to ask about. Could not get to the room for about 20 minutes late - i was told it was room service working, which would have in general been bad form. But when I got up there, clearly the room servicing had not just happened. Then, Ella's hair color is very different, a blond really. But, having all those complaints above, Ella still came through as advertised.
