Scheduled based on reviews. Told not to use main entrance because if security guards and to use side entrance. Booked for 12 but they changed it to 1215. Told me she starts at 12 but needs 15 minutes to get ready. Then told me 12 was good. Got there right on time but had to wait until 1215 anyways. Wtf?
