General Details

Very nice gal on the phone - called me sweetie, honey, etc. We set something up for the next day. I called when I was on my way and she answered right away, told me where to go. I got there a little early and called her - she had me wait a few minutes while she finished getting ready for me. Called me back within 10 minutes and gave me room number. Overall very efficient, pleasant communication. Went up to the room and she was very welcoming. VIPs - definitely worth a shot!
