Contacted her via e-mail and made an appointment. Upon arriving I called and she warned not to park in certain areas because they will tow you (nice touch). However she said to call her from the lobby, but when I did she didn’t answer. I called her back 5-7 times over the course of 15 minutes and she finally answered. She apologized. By now, I’ve seen numerous people coming and going and I’m feeling awkward. Non-VIPs, it didn’t improve over all.
