Contact Elizabeth via email, we email back and forth working out dates, times and location. Once all that was worked out she asked if I wanted her to bring, wear or anything else specific for me, said no whatever you're comfortable with. Day of appt arrived a little early as did she so she asked me to come in about 20minutes early, sure glad she did.
