BI is always fantastic to work with, and this time held true as well. We had some initial scheduling issues due to hotel changes and my availability, but in the end it all worked out. I'm so happy it did, because Elena was great! She is new to the biz, but she is certainly experienced. I would meet her again. She is a beautiful woman (looks a bit like Ariana Grande), and a nice bubbly personality.
