As other review mentioned, Elecher is one of the most popular (and probably best and thus expensive) local FL on a SG forum. If you want to try a local girl, you won't be disappointed. She is both very talkative and accommodating. She is pretty with a very athletic body.
You'd need to pre-pay a reservation fee, which is standard in SG. (You could deposit cash to her account from ATM without a local bank account). Location is central but discrete and detailed instructions were provided upon arrival.
