She’s a good communicator, and responds quickly to texts. I gave her my info from TER, that was the only verification I think.

We each had to cancel once, she was very apologetic. Finally, scheduled aligned and we set a date and time. I already had the address and floor. When I arrived at the address, she had already texted and said to come up if I was early.
