After conducting a TER search for the San Diego, I booked Dixie a couple of months ago. Date and time was not known but she was to be in the area and was flexible about meeting time. Do give her some notice and she can make it work.

Contacted via e-mail. I had 3 White Listings at the time so screening/approval seemed to not be an issue (I do not know if she contacted references directly or used the WLs).
