General Details

I called Diamond through P411, she immediately answered the phone. I introduced myself told I was p411 member, she requested that I send an appointment request which I gladly did. She sent me a text message a few moments later confirming our appointment time. She requested that I call and confirm 1 hour before appointment time, which I did. I called at the appointed hour and confirmed our appointment, and received further instructions.
