Have used Kelly's girls quite often so was easy to get an appointment. Devin is a dancer who visits Tysons occasionally for a few days, so you have to catch her when she is here. Met her at a nice hotel in the Tysons area. Arrived and was greeted by a very hot looking tatted up beauty. She has a unique look and if you are into the tatted look, you will love her. She looks hard and tough, but is a real sweetheart. Non VIP book with confidences as she is full GFE.
