General Details

Devin caught my eye before I ever saw a provider, but I wasn't able to jump through her hoops at the time. Finally got around to requesting an appointment through P411 recently. Screening was a cinch. Hers was a two-email system, no phone. I emailed her the morning of for the address, then again for the room number when I got to her office complex in the southern suburbs.
