Easy set up via e-mail & text. Small but tidy & clean Tudor City apartment with a doorman - don't try to breeze by, it doesn't work. Give him your first name, he will call her to confirm and wave you in. Her pictures are accurate and she is a doll. She has a slight Russian accent but she is fluent in English, highly recommended.
