General Details
Very verbal, assertive, engaging and present. She knew why she was there and was committed on doing it to the best of her ability. As a senior citizen, I found her very accepting and sensitive to my age-related limitations. My only negative comments are that (1) she tries a bit too hard and that (2) she is overly committed to making the ultimate finality the essence of the contact.
