Emailed Dee that I was coming to Baltimore and out of 3-5 providers she was the first to respond and the email was very pleasant and she seemed ez to get on with. So I emailed her my number when I got to town. Dee called exactly when promised.
Made an ppointment but we both had time conflicts so we rescheduled for later that evening (added anticipation)
