General Details

I called Debbie early on a Sunday afternoon and left a voice-mail in the hopes that she would return my call and actually be available sometime in the early evening. My hopes were realized about a half hour later when she returned the call. She was a little business-like on the phone (I should have looked at previous reviews, which indicate she doesn't like short-notice appointments), but she agreed to see me...boy am I ever glad she accomodated me.
