First, I want to start by saying this was the hardest sppointment that I have ever booked. Three inquirys, one cancellation and several emails before I had a set and a actual appointment. However, the booker did appoligize for all the inconveniences and he did well on the night before and day of the appt. On the day of, I got an email with the hotel.
