I contacted Dahlia through text message. struggled a bit to get a hold of her as she is a busy woman. I had tried to set up an appointment with her before but had some issues with scheduling. I finally got to see her in OC. nice apartment complex. felt very safe. she gave very specific directions and very easily found the location.
