Easy to get in touch with. Typical screening. Phoned her the day of the appointment to confirm. She sounded a bit shy on the phone, but I've had that before and it's usually not a big deal. I should have took it as a clue. Called again later to pass along the room number. She was a bit late arriving, but I had nowhere to go...so okay. For those without VIP membership...you're not missing anything in this case. But, as always, YMMV.
